Jon Gregg
VP Business Development
Since 1995, Jon has built a career connecting global brands with consumers across the spectrum of advertising and marketing platforms.

First, at Ogilvy and Mather in NYC, Jon created media plans across TV, Print and out-of-home for American Express and IBM. From there, he managed account service relationships for partners such as Citibank and AT&T at Wunderman Cato Johnson - the direct-marketing firm founded by the father of direct marketing, Lester Wunderman.

Jon's experience in the more traditional platforms of mass-advertising and direct-to-consumer marketing came together at Yahoo, Inc. There, he became a leading sales and business development contributor generating more than $120M in gross revenue for the company. Establishing new approaches to brand awareness, consumer engagement and transaction marketing, Jon created multi-channel alliances with Costco, JP Morgan Chase, UPS, FIFA, Webex, McDonald's, Nike, Starbucks, HSBC and American Express, among many others. Following his chapter at Yahoo, Jon served as the first VP of Business Development for blinkx.tv developing new publishing and search advances with HBO, BusinessWeek, Forbes and Viacom. (Blinkx.tv is a speech recognition and video search technology platform which executed a successful IPO in March 2007).

Since 2005, Jon has dedicated his background in sales and marketing to luxury real estate. He began as VP & Broker Liaison for the W Las Vegas. There he successfully led the sales of more than $150MM throughout North America, Asia, Western Europe and the Middle East. Currently, Jon is the VP of Business Development for CondominiumCentral where he guides and manages the execution of consumer sales and marketing strategies for high-end real estate around the world.
